There’s more to fitness videos these days than squats and stretches. From all corners lately come workouts that challenge the status quo with hip, sexy content and out-of-the-box concepts.
“Alias”-meets-exercise-video with the Elite Forces: Rapid Readiness Workout. Former real-life Czechoslovakian spy Katrina Barillova leads a team of trainees in “missions” that combine a fitness regimen of cardiovascular training and martial-arts moves with strength and flexibility training.

A woman trained in her native Czechoslovakia to become a secret agent (seriously) is coming out with a new line of fitness videos that adds a touch of role-playing, movie-style entertainment.
Katrina Barillova, 30, and her company, Why Not? Entertainment, are negotiating with potential distributors with the help of home video veteran Harold Weitzberg, who has supplied marketing expertise for the fitness line from Jane Fonda and others. He has also worked as an executive with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's Dualstar Entertainment.
Barillova said it cost $500,000 to make the initial three Elite Forces: Rapid Readiness Workout DVDs and VHS tapes. The first is expected to hit ...

Celebrity Legs lovers will want to check out the current (February) issue of InStyle magazine, with Drew Barrymore on the cover. "The Look" section has a nice variety of short skirt pics. On page 70 we have Mariah Carey in a short pleated black skirt, and Christina Ricci in an even shorter pleated black skirt. The latter is my favorite pic in this issue...Christina is looking mighty hot these days.
PLAYBOY has a good leg issue on the stands right now as well (the March issue). Ex-spy Katrina Barillova has a lot going on between her hips and the ground (page 76 is a keeper).
Playmate Pennelope Jimenez has a nice pair...of everything that comes in pairs. :-)
